MTC is the Place to Be!--MTC Week 2-3 March 9th, 2017

Hello everyone!

This week went by crazy fast! For me anyway. Everyone always says once you make it past the first Sunday it goes by quick and they're right! I cant believe I leave here and go out to my mission on Tuesday. I really have loved the MTC though, I've made some awesome friends here!
So this is my last preparation day for a week and a half. I get to my mission on Tuesday and dont have another p-day until the following Monday. So i'll make sure to send an email then!
Thank you to everyone who's been emailing me! I love getting emails and letters!
Its really hard to remember everything I did this past week, because it went by so fast! Ill just write down some of the highlights.

Sunday was fast Sunday which means we didn't eat all morning or afternoon. Then for Church instead of having to give talks (Our branch president makes us all write a short talk and then decides during the meeting who's going to speak!) So everyone in my zone (About 17 people) got up and bore their testimony's. It was awesome. The spirit was so strong! I've been the Sister Training Leader for 2 weeks now and its been awesome to welcome in all the new missionaries! So much fun.

Sunday night we had a devotional and then after that my district went to "Open your mouth" a talk by Elder Holland. It was incredible! He talked about how we don't teach people, the Holy Ghost teaches people. But he cant do it unless we open our mouth! So true. I love Elder Holland.

Tuesday we had a devotional and a member of the quorum of the seventy, Elder Costa, and his wife Sister Costa came to speak to us. They are so amazing! They both grew up in Argentina and she went on a mission and then when she got back they continued dating and he got baptized and they got married soon after. So awesome. What really stood out to me was what Sister Costa said. "You're going to laugh about it later, why not just laugh about it now?" SO TRUE! Missions are hard, but also fun. When something doesn't go the way you want it to, laugh!

Those are the main points from this week, like i said, this week was a blur so i barely remember anything! But I'm so grateful for this gospel and the blessings it brings! I am so happy to know it and live it.

I love you all!
